Therefore, we didn't just build a new Shopify store, but a guiding flow centered around symptoms, product understanding, and reassurance. The AI chat helps customers describe their situation and find the right self-test faster, while the product pages explain usage, build trust, and outline next steps.

We built an AI chat where the customer can describe their symptoms and get help finding the right type of test. The goal was not to replace medical advice, but to simplify product selection in a category where many visitors are unsure which test to start with.

Moving to Shopify was about more than technology. Quicktest needed a structure where assortment, information, and the purchasing flow felt secure, even when the topic is sensitive. We built product pages and navigation so customers could more quickly understand what the test is, who it's suitable for, and how to make a purchase.
