Shopify B2B with AI, firmware, password flows, and Fortnox.

Piigab.com needed a platform where technically complex purchases could feel simple for the customer and manageable for the team behind it. We built upon Shopify with custom logic around AI support, product-linked firmware, external password systems, upgrade flows, and Fortnox. The result was a B2B solution where the store, product pages, and internal systems work together instead of independently.

We built an AI chat that can read the information on the page and use it as context in the dialogue with the customer. This makes support more relevant when customers compare technical products, need to understand features, or want to find the right path forward.

Firmware flow associated with the products.

For products where the right software is crucial, we built a system that retrieves firmware linked to the product. Customers can find the correct version through the store, while Piigab.com avoids managing it as loose files or manual support steps.

API connections for passwords, new purchases, and upgrades.

We connected Shopify to external password systems so new purchases and upgrades can be handled in the same flow. When the customer purchases or upgrades, the correct information is sent, and the system can return the data required for activation.

Custom Fortnox integration for their workflow.

The Fortnox integration was not built as a standard integration separate from the store, but around Piigab.com's way of working. Order data and administrative steps can flow correctly, reducing manual work.
