A customized 3D configurator in Shopify.

Trappbutiken is one of the more advanced projects in our portfolio. We are building a 3D configurator where customers can configure handrails, thresholds, shelves, stair treads, and similar products in a 3D environment. The project combines GLB files, product logic, a focus on conversion, and a customer journey designed to simplify complex measurements and material choices.

Customers can configure building and interior design products in a customized 3D environment before purchasing.

We produce 3D files in GLB format and build an environment where products can be visually displayed and configured. This makes it easier for the customer to understand the shape, dimensions, and choices before placing an order.

The products require more options than a standard Shopify product. The configurator is being built to handle different product categories and options, while maintaining a simple flow for the customer.

Conversion focus in a complex purchase.

When the purchase is technical, the interface must make the job easier. We build the flow so that the customer can see, adjust, and understand their choices without losing the path to purchase.
